Restless Thought

So, it's like 2:02 in the morning and I just felt like posting a random blog since I haven't done so in a long time. I thought that since I am sleepy,  most of my ideas will just pour out more naturally than in the day. I could be talking about random things about zombies and what I could do if an infection broke loose. What would I use as my weapon...chair? lamp? sharp pencils? Or, I could be talking about dreams again, but I haven't fully dedicated myself to the experiment that I started two months ago. I'll just talk about whatever then because I know that no one really reads this. Who cares about my thoughts anyway? Stop going into my head if you do read it.

Watching my dreams and experiencing is a lot more fun. Like last night, I had a dream of a green rabbit with a horn and its legs were octopus tentacles. It turned into Harry Potter and he was neglected by his mother who spent one night gambling and drinking at a Bingo game. She lied that she loved the Harry Potter look-a-like/green rabbit...thing and forgot to pick him up from a party.

But enough about dreams, I wanted to blog because I wanted to put a safe haven for my recent art that I did on 2draw.net. I use this site to practice colors and styles so I could apply them on real canvases and paints. I use Oekaki Shi-Painter on that site, which I've been familiar with since, like, for years. It feels good to come back to it again, but it's still hard to fight off artist blocks. They are the worst enemies. If I had a katana, I would slice through them to insure that they would never get back up.

I've become very fond with playing with colors. I dunno why, but it just seems more...lively. I'm happier drawing them as I move my hands quickly on my tablet. I used to be very tedious about my work, drawing outlines for hours. I think that a looser style is more for me. Of course, I'll try other styles too so that I could keep a wide range of techniques, but I'll paint like this on this website.
